Bad Windsheim

Half-timbered buildings, churches, old streets - an attractive, historic town center adorns the formerly free
imperial town of Bad Windsheim (12,200 inhabitants, 321m above sea level, 1,638 beds), which invites you to
linger with its streets and squares, cafés and restaurants. There are impressive half-timbered buildings to discover
on every corner. A total of 211 registered half-timbered structures can be found in the city - 145 of which are in
the area of ​​the historic old town.

At the gates of the old town, the Franken-Therme, the only spa in Middle Franconia, invites you to relax and
unwind with a varied thermal bath and sauna landscape. Medicinal and mineral waters, fully saturated brine and
thermal brine are used there and offer guests individual pampering moments.
